Qi Gong : Chi Kung Qi Gong is the practice of circulating Qi in and around the body, over time creating Qi momentum. These classes draw on seven different systems of gentle, soft, vitalizing movements which encourage the revitalization of internal organs, balanced dynamic change, and the unraveling of old injuries. Teaching methods are designed to give students sufficient understanding and experience to begin practicing on their own. At the heart of qi gong practices is the circulation of qi and the creation of qi momentum through consistent practice, ultimately synchronizing our gestures with nature's larger rhythms.
